This is pretty awesome, definitely worth a look if you’re interested in this particular issue of women’s armor. I especially appreciate the consideration that values context and internal consistency.

This is a pretty good article, I like how they steer away from “should women fantasy knights be portrayed sexily”, which is a pretty big issue with different reasonings for different purposes, and just focuses on what armor should do for a character.

I love non-boob’d breast plates because it leaves room for the imagination.
